According to statistics of the Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International Inc. (SEMI), global semiconductor equipment shipment amount reached USD28.75 billion in the third quarter of 2022, up by 9% month on month and 7% year on year. In particular, sales amount of Chinese mainland reached USD7.78 billion, up by 19% month-on-month and 7% year-on-year, ranking first in the world.
