On the basis of the relevant guidelines, implementation measures and enforcement regulations issued by the government, the capacity transfer scheme drawn by Henan Changtai Stainless Steel Plate Co., Ltd. is released by the Industry and Information Department of Gongyi to the public from November 24 to December 2, 2022.

The scheme shows that Henan Changtai intends to transfer its iron capacity of 1.04 million tons per annum and steel capacity of 950,000 tons per annum to Tongling Xuanli Special Steel Co., Ltd.
