Suzhou Victory Precision Manufacture Co., Ltd. announced on September 28 that it plans to invest RMB5.6 billion (USD777 million), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui Feituo New Material Technology Co., Ltd., to build NEV functional films project. The investment includes about RMB850 million (USD118 million) for the phase one of the project which will construct 15 high-performance composite copper foil production lines and two 3A optical film production lines, and RMB4.75 billion (USD659 million) for the second phase which consists of 100 high-performance composite copper foil production lines.
