Huaibei Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. announced on September 28 that its wholly-owned subsidiary Huaibei Mining Holdings Co., Ltd. has been awarded mining licences for its Zhuxianzhuang Coal Mine and Luling Coal Mine by the Department of Natural Resources of Anhui Province.

Zhuxianzhuang Coal Mine is an underground coal mine with production capacity of 2.4 million tons per annum, and the newly-obtained mining licence for the mine is valid from September 13, 2022 to April 15, 2031. Luling Coal Mine, also an underground coal mine, has an annual production capacity of 2.3 million tons, and the mining licence is valid from September 13, 2022 to April 1, 2026. The newly-added coal resources for these two mine are 59.76 million tons and 10.28 million tons respectively.
