Do-Fluoride Chemicals: Subsidiary to establish joint venture to produce and sell super fast-charging cells
Do-Fluoride Chemicals announced on June 23rd that its subsidiary, Ningfu New Energy, will sign a joint venture agreement with Guangzhou Juwan Technology and Research Co., Ltd. to establish a joint venture, Guangxi Ningfu Juwan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The joint venture will produce and sell super fast-charging lithium-ion power soft-pack laminated cells of 3C and 3C above, expecting to build a production capacity of 2GWh in phases, including the production capacity of 1GWh for phase one.
