Australia-based Apollo Minerals Ltd announced on June 21 that it has completed the consolidation of 100% ownership of the Kroussou Zinc-Lead Project in Gabon by acquiring the remaining 20% interest held by Trek Metals Ltd.

The company has issued Trek Metals 3,000,000 ordinary shares and 1,000,000 unlisted options with an exercise price of A$0.12 expiring on 30 June 2024 as consideration for the remaining interest.
