High-Tech Development announced on June 19 that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Better Development, purchased the equity of Semi-Future and its upper-level shareholders'equity with cash of about RMB282.31 million (USD42.04 million). After the deal is completed, the company will directly and indirectly control 69.401% equity of Semi-Future, obtaining control of Semi-Future. At the same time, the company purchased 98% stake of Xinwei Semiconductor with cash of about RMB1.96 million (USD291,844), and obtained the control of Xinwei Semiconductor.
