Henan Yaxin Iron and Steel Group plans to transfer 960,000tpa of steelmaking capacity to Henan Xinjinhui Stainless Steel Industry Co., Ltd. for the 2Mpta stainless steel project, according to Anyang Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology.
