In accordance with the requirements of guiding opinions and measures issued by the State Council regarding overcapacity and capacity replacement, Industry and Information Technology Department of Shaanxi Province announced the capacity replacement adjustment scheme of the construction project of Shaan Steel Group Longsteel Company on January 26. The company will build a new 135-ton electric furnace and demolish a 94-ton converter and a 1,280-cubic meter blast furnace.
