Ganfeng Lithium announced that it and Xuanhan county government signed the business and investment attraction agreement and business and investment attraction supplementary agreement. Based on amicable negotiation of the two sides, Ganfeng Lithium or its designated subsidiary will set up a new subsidiary with independent legal entity in Xuanhan county to invest in and construct high-purity lithium salt project and retired battery comprehensive recycling and utilization project.
