Makepower Group announced that the company intends to publicly issue convertible bonds with a fundraising of no more than RMB570 million (USD88.29 million). After deducting the issuance expenses, the fund will all be used to acquire 36.04% equity of Zhejiang Zhongmei Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. and supplement working capital.
