On the morning of September 16, the commencement ceremony of the 150 MW rural revitalization household photovoltaic project of Chaoyang Xinhua Power was held in Lishugou village, nanshuangmiao town.

The 150MW rural revitalization household photovoltaic project of Chaoyang Xinhua Power has a total investment of 550 million yuan (85.14 million US dollars), which will be completed and put into use within the year. After the operation of the project, it is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 168,000 tons per year.
