On the morning of July 27, the people's Government of Danfeng County and Shaanxi Branch of Huaneng Renewables Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony of distributed agricultural and photovoltaic power generation project in Danfeng, marking the official settlement of distributed agricultural and photovoltaic power generation project of Huaneng Renewable in Danfeng.

The distributed agricultural and photovoltaic power generation project are expected to be developed in two phases:

The total investment of phase I is about 640 million yuan (99.07 million US dollars), and the planned land is about 2,587 mu (finally calculated according to the actual approval), to build 115mw distributed agricultural and photovoltaic power generation project and complete the construction of relevant supporting infrastructure. After the completion of the project, the annual power generation is about to reach 123.36 million kwh, with the electricity revenue of about 43.7 million yuan (6.76 million US dollars) and the annual tax to be about 10.12 million yuan (1.57 million US dollars). The total investment of phase II project is about 860 million yuan (133 million US dollars). It is planned to build distributed photovoltaic power generation project on various roofs in the county according to the specified proportion, with a development capacity of about 220MW.
