On April 15, Xining Atesi Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. commenced construction of its 10GW single crystal silicon rod project. Located in Nanchuan Industrial Park of Xining city, the project will have a total investment of RMB3 billion (USD0.46 billion) and is expected to fulfill an annual production value of RMB5 billion (USD0.77 billion) when going into operation.
