On 9 April, the "Tangshan Iron and Steel Industry Association green and low-carbon development proposal" was released, with the goals of achieving carbon emission peak ahead of schedule during the 14th Five-Year Plan, realizing green and low-carbon high-quality development of iron and steel industry and making due contributions.
