On April 8, Jiawei Renewable Energy announced that its fully owned subsidiary Jiangsu Huayuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. plans to sell its 100% stake in Jinchang Zhenxin Xipo Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd. ("Jinchang Xipo Photovoltaic") to Gansu Huadian Fuxin Energy Co., Ltd. at a consideration of RMB280 million (USD42.72 million).

Jinchang Xipo Photovoltaic owns a 200MW photovoltaic power generation project, of which 125MW facilities have gone into operation.
