USITC announces anti-dumping industry damage on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe

On April 1, 2021, the United States International Trade Commission (USITC) voted to make an affirmative final decision of anti-dumping industry damage on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from Czech Republic. In this decision, all five members of the International Trade Commission voted affirmatively. According to the affirmative decision of the US International Trade Commission, the US Department of Commerce will issue an anti-dumping tax order on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from Czech Republic. On July 29, 2020, in response to an application submitted by a U.S. company on July 8, 2020, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced an anti-dumping investigation on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from Czech Republic, Russia, South Korea and Ukraine and an anti-countervailing investigation on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from Russia and South Korea. On March 2, 2021, the US Department of Commerce announced an affirmative final decision on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from Czech Republic.
