Recently, the Department of Emergency Management of Liaoning Province issued the Safe Production Investigation Plan for Underground Coal Mines and Tailings in Liaoning, stating that from March 2021 to the end of 2021, underground coal mines and tailings in the province shall be examined for safety production, and safety problems of non-coal mines should be solved in order to prevent and curb the occurrence of accidents in mines.

The investigation includes three stages: self-examination and self-correction stage after mobilization and deployment, investigation and management stage, and consolidation and promotion stage.
