The production of germanium particles takes a long time and has the more loss. Only 400-500 grams of germanium particles can be obtained per kilogram of germanium melting, and the remaining germanium material needs to be repurified before being put into use, with low utilization rate and the more production cost occupied.

The automatic production of germanium particles solves the problems of long time-consuming, low utilization rate, irregular appearance and high labor intensity of the original process. The optimized casting process can produce round germanium particles of different particle sizes according to different particle size requirements, and it only takes 20 minutes to run a furnace, and the utilization rate can reach more than 90%. In the next step, Chihong Germanium will continue to optimize production process parameters, form a more mature and stable production process, and continuously improve product quality.
