(VOT) signed two "Purchase and Sale Contracts of Germanium Concentrate" with Yunnan Jinxun Resources Co., Ltd. on February 22 and March 15, 2021 respectively in accordance with daily production and operation demand, and the total amount of the contracts totaled approximately RMB152 million (USD23.38 million) (tax-inclusive).
