Fulin P.M announced on January 22nd that its Board of Directors approved its Plan on Building 50,000tpy New Energy Lithium Battery Cathode Project on January 8th, indicating that the Board of Directors agreed its subsidiary Jiangxi Shenghua New Material Co., Ltd. to build the 50,000tpy new energy lithium battery cathode material project, which is expected to have a total investment of RMB600 million (USD92.67 million), in Western International Technology Cooperation Industrial Park in Shehong.

Sichuan Fuln New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a new subsidiary of Jiangxi Shenghua New Material Co., Ltd., has finished the registration in local industrial and commercial department recently and obtained the Business License issued by the Administrative Approval Bureau of Shehong. The new subsidiary has formally launched the building of the 50,000tpy new energy lithium battery cathode material project.
