On January 21, 2021, Xinte Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of TBEA, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with CNC, and the latter will purchase 70,350 tons of polysilicon from the former from January 2021 to December 2025, with the total agreement amount expected to be RMB5.354 billion (USD828 million).
