On January 20, CNC announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hongyuan New Material signed a contract on the sales of monocrystalline silicon wafers with Zhejiang CHINT, Haining CHINT New Energy, Yancheng CHINT New Energy, Yancheng CHINT Solar Energy, Haining CHINT Solar Energy and Hangzhou Mintai. The object of this contract is monocrystalline silicon wafers. It is estimated that 882 million pieces of monocrystalline silicon wafers will be sold from 2021 to 2023, with an estimated total amount of RMB4.059 billion (USD628 million).
