HBIS Resources announced recently that iron ore sales of its indirectly controlled subsidiary PMC to China was restricted by low railway transportation capacity and other inconvenient factors in South Africa, where the infrastructure is worse than China. HBIS Group acquired some shares of PMC in 2013 and HBIS Resources acquired 80% shares of PMC in 2017. HBIS Resources has always been trying to raise iron ore sales of PMC and has gradually raised the sales from the original over 2 million tons to the current 8 million, expecting that the sales in 2021 would increase to around 12 million tons.
