On January 6th, the municipal government of Anshan held the 5th Session of the 16th Anshan People's Congress. According to the 2021 work arrangement made by the session, Anshan will accelerate the step of its steel industry towards high-level industrial chains and value chains, make full play the leading role of Ansteel, establish a metallurgical industrial chain group and strengthen steel industrial chains. It will also improve the dominating position of magnesite industry, promote the mixed reform of China Baowu and Haicheng Magnesite Group Co., Ltd., speed up the transformation of magnesite industry and the upgrading of pilot zone in Pailou, Haicheng and boost the integration of magnesite resources and the extension of the industrial chains.
