According to data from the General Administration of Customs on January 14, 2021, China exported 4.85 million tons of steel in December 2020, an increase of 448,000 tons from the previous month and 3.5% year-on-year; in January-December, China's cumulative steel exports were 53.671 million tons, a year-on-year decrease 16.5%.
