According to the announcement released by Kunming Intermediate People's Court on 30 December, the court will carry out information registration and verification of Fanya Metal Exchange fundraising participants in accordance with laws from December 31st, 2020 to January 29th, 2021 to safeguard legal rights of fundraising participants who suffered losses. The objectives of the information registration and verification are fundraising participants with losses after registering at Fanya Metal Exchange's trading platform and making investments.

The announcement requires fundraising participants to cooperate in a timely manner as the registration and verification results will be regarded as basic information for returning funds and suggests that legal rights of participants might be affected if they don't take part in as scheduled and required. Fundraising participants failing to make registration within the set time period should take the adverse consequences by themselves.
