Orient Zirconia announced on December 28th that all the new shares it issued privately were subscribed by Lomon Billions. After finishing the subscribing, Lomon Billions holds 25.81% shares of Orient Zirconia and becomes a controlling shareholder of the latter; meanwhile, Xu Chenggang, the shareholder and actual controller of Lomon Billions becomes the actual controller of Orient Zirconia.

This also means that Orient Zirconia has officially bid farewell to the situation of no actual controller, and is expected to be further integrated into the titanium and zirconium strategic layout of Lomon Billions.
