KDL announced on November 29 that it has issued A shares and listed them on Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The company privately issues 22,920,500 shares, and the issue price is 60.47 yuan (9.2 US dollars) per share. The total amount of funds raised in this issuance is about 1.39 billion yuan (211 million US dollars), and the net amount of funds raised is 1.36 billion yuan (207 million US dollars) after deducting the issuance fee of about 25.64 million yuan (3.9 million US dollars) (Ex-VAT).

According to the previously disclosed private placement plan, this fundraising will be mainly used for its power Li-battery precision structural parts project and the supplement of working capital.
