Baowu Aluminum puts 50t casting production line into operation
On October 19, Baowu Aluminum completed the casting of casting machine in the 50t casting operation area, and three pieces of 4,517mm aluminum plate ingot weighing about 45t rose slowly, marking the smooth operation of Baowu Aluminum's No.3 casting line.
With a designed annual production capacity of 94,000t, the 50t casting line includes a 50t smelting furnace, a 50t holding furnace and a casting machine, which can cast two to three pieces of aluminum ingot at the same time.
