Guangzhou Hengyun Enterprises Holdings Limited announced on October 21 that the company, China Energy Construction Group Guangdong Electric Power Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Yide New Energy Development Co., Ltd. jointly invested in the construction of the 300MWp fishery photovoltaic power generation project at Overseas Chinese Farm in Haiyan Town, Taishan City, Guangdong Province. The planned installed capacity of the project is 300MWp, and the static investment of the project is RMB1.27 billion (USD191 million). Three parties are responsible for the development, construction and operation of the project company. The registered capital of the project company is RMB259 million (USD38.95 million), and the subscribed capital of Guangzhou Hengyun is RMB143 million (USD21.51 million), accounting for 55% of the shares.
