Yahua Industrial Group announced on October 19th that CSRC (China Securities Regulatory Commission) approved its application for private issuance of A shares.

According to the announcement in April 2020, Yahua Industrial Group plans to privately issue 287 million shares to raise RMB1.5 billion (USD225.16 million) to invest in its newly-built 20,000tpy of battery grade lithium hydroxide project and 11,000tpy of lithium chloride project and supplement working capitals.
