Miracle Automation announced on October 16 that Jiangsu FAW Foundry Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of the company, recently signed a "Supply Agreement" with General Electric Company (GE). Both parties determined that Jiangsu FAW Foundry was the supplier of wind power castings of Renewable Energy Division of GE. GE promised to purchase a number of wind power casting products from Jiangsu FAW Foundry during 2021-2022. The supply scope, execution price, product specifications, delivery period and other items of all purchases under this agreement will be listed in specific orders by GE.
