On 24 April, Yunnan provincial government released the notice about "measures for supporting development of real economy", the first measure of which is to support key enterprises to engage in commercial purchasing and storage of nonferrous products. The principles are that enterprises conduct purchasing and storage, banks provides loans, government provides financial subsidies, business depends on market operation and enterprises are responsible for profit and loss, Yunnan encourages key enterprises to engage in commercial purchasing and storage of copper, aluminum, lead, zinc, tin, germanium, indium and other key nonferrous metal products, with the total volume of about 800,000 tons and the period of one year.
