BEIJING (Asian Metal) 11 Dec 19 - According to statistics from Asian Metal Database, Chinese selenium dioxide producers' operating rate reached 24.06% in October 2019, down by 8.4% compared with 26.26% in September 2019 but up by 38.6% compared with 17.36% in October 2018.
