Eurasian Economic Commission imposes antidumping duty on China's galvanized steel plate

The Executive Committee of the Eurasian Economic Commission recently announced that it decided to impose anti-dumping duties on galvanized steel products originating in China and Ukraine.

Eurasian Economic Commission launched anti-dumping investigation on galvanized steel sheet products originating in China and Ukraine at the application of stakeholders such as MMK and NLMK of Russia. According to the investigation results, the Eurasian Economic Commission made the final affirmative determination of anti-dumping, and decided to impose 17% of anti-dumping duty on China Ansteel Co., Ltd.; 15.2% of anti-dumping duty on Shandong ESDAWN Co., Ltd.; 17% of anti-dumping duty on Xinjiang Bayi Steel Co., Ltd.; 12.69% of anti-dumping duty on China Donge Yike Plate Industry Co., Ltd; 14.93% for Shandong Sino Steel Co., Ltd., Gansu JISCO Hongxing Steel Co., Ltd. and Dalian Puxiang Steel Plate Co., Ltd.; 17% for other Chinese producers. It was decided to impose an anti-dumping duty of 23.9% on (Ilich Iron & Steel Works, Mariupol, Ukraine and other manufacturers in Ukraine. The anti-dumping duty is valid for 5 years and the relevant decision will take effect in 30 days.

Eurasian Economic Commission also decided to impose 15.5% anti-dumping duty on seamless steel pipe products originating in China, which is valid for 5 years, and relevant decisions will take effect in 30 days.
