Asian Metal visits ferrosilicon companies: Tianze, Maoye, Sanyuan, Hefa and Dayou

On the morning of 4th December, Mr. Zhao Hao, the marketing director of Asian Metal and Mr. Jerry Huang, the ferrosilicon analyst of Asian Metal visited Tianze Metallurgy Co., Ltd., located in Zhongwei, Ningxia, and Mr. Wang Wenqing, the general manager sent his warm welcome to Asian Metal.
Tianze mainly engages in processing specialized sized ferrosilicons, such as 3-8mm, 1-3mm, 0.3-0.8mm, 0.8-1.5mm, 8-15mm, 15-25mm and 10-50mm which are widely used in the foundries as inoculation. As they're using the most advanced equipment to process, they can process plumper pellet to have better inoculating effect for the foundries. Supported by their good quality, Tianze has good reputation in domestic and overseas market. Mr. Wang gave high credits on Asian Metal's impartial and timing prices information.

Next, Asian Metal visited Ningxia Maoye Metallurgy Co., Ltd., and the general manager Mr. Huang Jundong and the sales manager Mr. Huang jiawei showed warm welcome to Asian Metal. Maoye is one of the biggest producers in Zhongwei, Ningxia. They have one furnace of 45,000kva and three of 25,500kva running now, and they mainly supply to Chinese steel mills，magnesium plants and export market through traders. Mr. Jerry Huang and Mr. Huang Jundong interacted with each other regarding the further price trend in 2020. "Even though most producers are struggling with losing money this year, we have sufficient and stable orders during the whole year due to our punctual delivery and qualified products. We still can afford regular stocks when peers rarely keep stocks under the pressure of cash flow," shared Mr. Huang. Mr. Huang spoke highly of Asian Metal's comprehensive international information.

In the afternoon, Mr. Zhao Hao and Mr. Jerry Huang visited Sanyuan Zhongtai Metallurgy Co., Ltd., and Mr. Di Tianming, the general manager of the company greeted Asian Metal with warm welcome. The company is running 6 furnaces of 25,000kva now. They prefer to not export directly but through exporters despite the fact that they have license A.

Then Asian Metal visited Hefa Metallurgy Co., Ltd. And Metallurgy Co., Ltd., and Mr. Lv Tao the general manager and Mr. He Yueyun, the sales manager of the two companies showed welcome to Mr. Zhao Hao and Jerry Huang. Hefa is running one furnace of 45,000kva and one of 33,000kva under off-peak energy consuming period now, and Dayou is running one furnace of 45,000kva in the same situation. They own transformer substation which saves their production cost by around USD22/t. Mr. He shared that their current lowest price of ferrosilicon 72%min unprocessed lump is RMB5,400/t (USD768/t) EXW D/P. Mr. Lv and Mr. He appraised Asian Metal's impartial stands and timing prices information.
