Asian Metal visits Yusheng Germanium, Jilang Indium and Hechi Southern Nonferrous Metals
- On 8 November, 2019, Shelly Liu, Asian Metal's indium and germanium analyst, visited Guangxi Yusheng Germanium Industry Hi-tech Co., Ltd. (Yusheng Germanium), Guangxi Danquan Group Nandan Jilang Indium Industry Co., Ltd. (Jilang Indium) and Hechi Southern Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd.( Hechi Southern Nonferrous Metals).
- Firstly, Shelly Liu paid a visit to Yusheng Germanium and had in-depth communication with Deputy General Manager Jiang Qing and Chief Engineer Wu Jun on supply and demand in germanium market and progress of the company's germanium project. Yusheng Germanium plans to complete the project with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of zinc and 50 tons of germanium in the third quarter of 2020 and intends to develop downstream business. Mr. Jiang Qing expressed appreciation on the information service provided by Asian Metal from the perspective of an experienced subscriber and promised to take part in the 13th Indium & Bismuth & Germanium & Gallium Forum of Asian Metal, which will be held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang on 12-13 March, 2020.

- Later on, Shelly Liu was on a visit to Jilang Indium and was warmly received by Executive General Manager Wu Rongbing and Deputy General Manager Yang Bing. The two sides deeply discussed the current indium market and future trend in the coming three years. As an affiliated nonferrous metals company of Danquan Group, Jilang Indium is conducting technological transformation on its refined indium production line. The company is a regular customer of Asian Metal and will join the 13th Indium & Bismuth & Germanium & Gallium Forum of Asian Metal, which will be held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang on 12-13 March, 2020.

- In the afternoon, Shelly Liu was received by Zhou Wenjuan, Assistant Manager of Business Division, and saleswoman Zhou Jie in Hechi Southern Nonferrous Metals and the two sides exchanged ideas about current indium market and bismuth market. Being engaged in lead and zinc business, the company produces about 4 tons of indium per month and have been active in concluding indium deals in recent two years. Hechi Southern Nonferrous Metals will join the 13th Indium & Bismuth & Germanium & Gallium Forum of Asian Metal, which will be held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang on 12-13 March, 2020, and is looking forward to meet more business partners during the event.
